Bookings agreed subject to £50 advance booking deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will forfeit the deposit and we reserve the right to recover lost rental expense. Deposit returned conditional on satisfactory inspection after departure (within 7 days). The weekly rate is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
